I need a third fire rated door hinge added to a door today, after 5pm. The door has two fire rated door hinges but the block managers have said we need to add a third. Attached is a photo of one of the fire rated door hinges that is already in use so you can see the one needed.

The door of the dishwasher came off due to poor installation. Just the wooden, decorative door. There’s no damage to the actual machine. We don’t have the time and tools to fix it and mainly the skills so it would take us too long. Evenings work or weekends any time.

Hello. We've had an issue with our Sunflex bifolding doors. A pebble got stuck in the track that we didn't realise and when trying to close the doors, it caused damage to one of the doors meaning we now can't close the main door. Ideally need someone to come out asap to fix, if possible. Based by Wandsworth Common. Thanks.

Sliding door mechanism needs to be mounted. We might need to order replacement system but would need someone that knows how to fix them to have a look first. Currently, when the door are opened they do not go all the way inside. Might have other smaller jobs on the day, to be discussed. Can send videos to explain better.
