The window has the previous film on it which would need to be removed and the new one installed. I have purchased the privacy film that needs to be used

Hello, we are dealing with a significant water ingress problem at the property. Water is entering the front room from outside, seeping under the window sill, and running down the internal wall. The skirting board has begun to pull away from the wall, and it seems water may have flowed beneath the flooring. Although the gutter outside was cleared last week, it appears that a blockage in the lower pipe might be causing water to overflow. This requires an inspection and same-day repair of the damage. The window sill needs to be repaired or resealed to prevent further water ingress. Additionally, an internal inspection is essential to assess and address any damage behind the skirting board and under the flooring to check for water accumulation and mitigate further issues.
