IKEA Pax mirror front sliding door wardrobe ... I know a few screws have dropped from the door backs over the years... we know can't separate the top and bottom doors so they need taking off, replacing missing screws and reassembling please...

The two mirrored sliding doors on the wardrobe came off and smashed. We have disposed of the old doors and racks and need to have them replaced. The doors were bespoke made for the development and the manufacturer does not make one offs. I have searched high and low and haven’t been able to find an exact replacement and the closest seems to be the following Ikea sliding doors: SKYTTA / MEHAMN/AULI sliding door combination, aluminium double sided/grey-beige mirror glass, 177x240 cm - IKEA https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/skytta-mehamn-auli-sliding-door-combination-aluminium-double-sided-grey-beige-mirror-glass-s09575913/ Both mirrored sliding doors but needs a track/rail in the floor to slide (the previous doors were entirely mounted to the wardrobe frame rather than the floor). This option is 177cm by 240cm (the dimensions of the wardrobe are 175cm by 235cm) so modifications will need to be made. Please confirm price I have no idea how much this would cost

We are moving out of our flat and have several small jobs that we need doing to smarten it up. we have 3 doors where the coat hooks have pulled out of the wood, leaving rough holes from the screws. We need these to be made good. our front door jamb has a large chip which we need to be filled. our kitchen sink needs resealing with silicon the kitchen plinths need repositioning and painting (we have paint) c. 5m long We also have a circular mirror attached to the wall which will need to come down.

The frame on our front door is coming off the wall and needs repair

I’m looking for someone very experienced with installing door closures. The holes have been pre drilled in door and frame (new door and done by company), however the mechanism doesn’t work when I connect (door does not open). It’s possible the pre drilled holes are in wrong place (company mistake if so and seems odd) or hydraulic mechanism is upside down (I installed this so maybe my mistake?). I have put pictures below. Because it’s a fire door I cannot drill new holes but I wonder if someone can help based on this info please?
