Upvc window seems to have dropped in the frame and won’t close properly, plus handle is broken.

Sash window spring balance repair: I have a tilt-to-clean 1000x1300mm wooden spiral balance sash window from a 1990s building (SE16 5EE) that includes support bars to hold the window at an angle when tilted. The bottom half of the window was blown open into the tilt position in high winds a few weeks ago. I was able to rotate the sash back into the frame so it is vertical again. Now the left side is stuck open (about 4cm from the bottom) and won't slide up and down; the right side is fine. The tilt latches must have come undone to enable the wind to blow it open.

I’m not sure if the is a bent section or something else, but when it gets colder, I’ll need to be able to close it. I’ve just taken a bunch of pictures to hopefully help

Window does not open or close and handle broken. New handle bought

So two things with the window: You can see it shifted left by the first photo and then a small gap on the right hand side at the bottom. Then there is the lock - the handle doesn’t seem to engage the mechanism that controls the locking pins that slide into the metal groves around the frame. So it needs someone who can adjust aluminium frames windows and work on the locking mech.

One window is jammed, it can only open slightly, we think the hinge has been bent. The other window is just the top window, one of the hinges has come loose so it is partially hanging

Hello, I have one window which is open and won't fully close. I also have a drafts coming in around the window and I am unsure what to do with this. I require ideas and works carried out.

The window handle is loose and might need a few spare screws to tighten. I am worried the window hinge is loose and might cause the window to fall off due to the wind hence need it tightened up.

Looking for a window repairer in the Lewisham area or nearby areas to replace a broken single hinge of a small kitchen window (see pic below).
