I am looking for a competent handyman or carpenter to carry out the following: • Carefully remove existing fibreglass (GRP) roof covering • Remove existing OSB decking boards • Inspect joists for any visible damage • Supply and install new 18mm OSB3 decking boards (glued & screwed properly) • Lift existing skylight upstand by approx. 50mm (timber build-up) • Ensure deck is level and structurally secure This is preparation work only. Waterproofing will be done separately. ⸻ Requirements • Experience of wood work • Must work carefully around skylights • Must ensure new boards are properly fixed to joists • Site to be left clean and tidy • Own tools required ⸻ Important This is NOT a patch repair job. Full strip and replacement of decking required.
