Roof repair — restore section to good condition (matching existing) We need a qualified, insured roofer to repair a section of an older tiled roof on a commercial barn office in Stansted (CM24). The roof is a traditional handmade clay/slate-tile roof and is shared with an adjoining unit — we only need work done on the section over our own unit. To be clear upfront: we are not looking for a full roof renewal, re-covering, or any upgrade work. We simply need the affected section brought back to sound, watertight, good condition — a like-for-like repair, not a renovation. External Roof Repair: ​Cut out rot: A small section of the flat roof plywood has rotted due to a leak where birds tore away a patch of felt. Need to cut back the old felt and remove the rotten section of timber.

Need help with roofing for a shed

Removal of part of chimney breast that was left in loft of bungalow. I am buying this bungalow and exchanging contracts soon, but survey shows the chimney breast needs to be either removed or supported. I would like it removed. I am looking for approx quotes for this job and have no idea how much it would be, but Airtasker asked me to state my budget. Therefore please let me know if this is not realistic.
