Need a plumber to come and do some bits of work on a property we have just moved in to. Initially take 3 radiators off the wall. Provide advise on neatening up some pipe work (and carrying out work). Bleed the system. At a future date fix 2 radiators back on wall.

I just purchased a second hand la Marzocco linea mini that has been plumbed in. I would like to revert the machine back to the water reservoir, rather than have it directly plumbed. One gas burner is not working and button is missing

I need a plumber to replace shower cartridge. I have ordered a new cartridge and should have it by this Friday (28 March). It is Bristan shower. There is no issue with the shower just the cartridge is old and tight.

My bath overflow pipe leaks, this needs fixing and the downstairs ceiling has been damaged because of leak, this either needs replaced or patched if possible

The toliet is leaking via the bolts at the bottom of the cistern (the locknuts). I've bought new bolts and washers and have plumbers mate to plug the gaps but need someone to fit it, asap!

We have a tap in our back garden which is connected to pipe that chases up a wall and into the attic. Before we bought the house, the pipes froze and burst (at the point where it sits in the attic) so it was disconnected and turned off at the mains. We would like this repairing (I think it simply needs a connecting pipe) and a hose reel drilling into the external wall in the garden for the tap to attach to. Pipe is easily accessible in the attic.

Hi, Handyman needed. need some help to reseal my bathroom’s mainly the showers and the bath. Remove old and replace with new sealant. Should be a very quick job. Person doing the job would need the silicon/sealant and tools. Many thanks Dan
