I have a wall-mounted MAN 12 HE A boiler with an internal water leak. Water staining visible inside front casing. Boiler currently switched OFF for safety. Leaking Close-Coupled, Back-to-Wall Toilet – Investigation & Repair Needed I have a small leak coming from behind my close-coupled, back-to-wall toilet. A plumber has advised that the silicone will need to be cut and the toilet pulled forward to properly investigate the source of the leak. The issue is likely to be one of the following: • Water supply pipe • Flush pipe • Pan connector All three have an equal chance of being the cause. I’m looking for a licensed and experienced plumber who can: • Safely remove/cut the existing silicone • Pull the toilet forward • Identify the source of the leak • Repair or replace the faulty part • Reinstall and reseal the toilet properly Please quote including labour and let me know if parts would be additional depending on what’s found. Flexible with timing but would prefer this fixed as soon as possible.

Replace 2 standard taps with a shower mixer on bath. Combi boiler, bath mounted and bath panel easy to remove. (I believe) house only 4 yrs old so should be good pipes etc etc

I have leaking flash in my toilet

The toilet is blocked it and it not flushing

Shower tray is currently leaking and I believe it is due to old silicone around the tray along with it sagging a bit in the corners when being stood on. Looking for someone with plumbing/bathroom experience to come and take a look, identify problem and likely (from what I can tell) re seal around the shower tray after removing existing silicone etc. To be clear, I have tried to re-silicone some of it myself which has not solved the problem, which is why I am asking for a skilled tradesmen to come and rectify the issue vs just asking for someone to re-silicone the shower which could very easily be the problem. This is leaking into the room below, so someone that is confident they can make right and fix is certainly needed.

The toilet flusher is not working properly

Drill a tv on the wall, mirror on the wall. And replace the shower head. I have all the equipment other than an electric drill.

Shower needs disconnecting and removed had thought it had been disconnected but is now leaking water and making noises.
