Old kitchen tap has stopped working - have a replacement that just needs fitting - both old and new one have screw on connectors and the pipes all have individual isolator valves. The old tap is a qooker but this does not need replacing - we are getting rid of it so only need basic hot and cold connected on new tap

The kitchen sink is already perfectly fitted and sitting inside the countertop cutout. I just need a handyman to crawl underneath to tighten the mounting clips it came with so it is supported, and connect the plastic waste pipe/P-trap underneath. It is a straightforward job which should not take longer than an hour. All parts should be there.

There's a leak in the cistern and most likely the valve needs to be replaced, there's another toilet where there's a minor leak to the cistern from the external pipe where water flows into the cistern. Both these started after alteration to a mains pressured water system throughout the property. After the work, water pressure is now high in the bathrooms and hence there's leak in the cisterns .. I'd also like to change a tap in the family bath and the toilet seat in the WC

Small plumbing job – leaking pipe/fitting I have a small water leak from a pipe fitting inside a cupboard. Water appears to be leaking from around the black fitting/connector between two sections of copper pipe (as shown in the photo). I have a Noken/Porcelanosa thermostatic shower mixer. The temperature control has become very stiff. I need the thermostatic cartridge removed so I can identify and order the correct replacement. Could you also check the cartridge housing and filters while it's apart.

Shower valve needs replacing as it is full of limescale. I’ve already got a replacement valve to fit from Victorian Plumbing who supplied the bathroom originally, just need it fitted. It doesn’t have access from the back, so the fascia will need to be removed to access the valve. It’s been done once before but has scaled up again, we live in a hard water area.

Please ensure that the central heating system filling loop remains fed by unsoftened mains water (upstream of the Scale Klenze system) in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. - Please install a 3-valve bypass loop on the main system to allow for safe filter cartridge changes in the future.
