Plumber Needed: Unblock Bathtub and Repair Non-Flushing Toilet

I have just moved into a new property and need a comprehensive plumbing health check, plus an inspection of an old pipe issue. Please quote for a 2-hour visit inclusive of basic plumbing consumables (washers/tape). Internal Meter Pipe: Inspect an old, currently dried-up leak on the internal pipe right next to the water meter. Check if the joint needs tightening, a new washer, or if a section needs replacing. Water Pressure Test: Check incoming mains pressure and gravity-fed pressure upstairs. Gravity Toilet Flush Issue: Diagnose why the upstairs toilet does not flush reliably (sluggish cistern refill or mechanical failure from low gravity pressure). Hot Water Cylinder & Immersion Check: Confirm the boiler heats the cylinder correctly. Test the electric immersion heater backup switch to ensure it functions. Radiator & Pipe Survey: Visually inspect accessible pipework for hidden weeping. Check radiators for cold spots or stuck valves that might need bleeding.

Replace a mixer tap and waste on a bathroom sink and replace parts on a toilet to improve flush mechanism.

Have a bathroom sink that needs the flexipipes and adjacent pipes as leaking underneth and cold water was shut off, in the meantime the hot water tap seems to be broken now.

I don't think the boiler is broken, I think I am just using the wrong settings. I only get hot water if I 'boost' the boiler

I need this handle re-attached to the bath taps and working. I believe I may be missing some internal screws to attach it as it won’t go on as it is! Thanks

Replace 2 standard taps with a shower mixer on bath. Combi boiler, bath mounted and bath panel easy to remove. (I believe) house only 4 yrs old so should be good pipes etc etc

Shower tray is currently leaking and I believe it is due to old silicone around the tray along with it sagging a bit in the corners when being stood on. Looking for someone with plumbing/bathroom experience to come and take a look, identify problem and likely (from what I can tell) re seal around the shower tray after removing existing silicone etc. To be clear, I have tried to re-silicone some of it myself which has not solved the problem, which is why I am asking for a skilled tradesmen to come and rectify the issue vs just asking for someone to re-silicone the shower which could very easily be the problem. This is leaking into the room below, so someone that is confident they can make right and fix is certainly needed.

Toilet was blocked, I tried to use a plunger to unblock, seemed to work a little but now there is a big leak from the bottom of the WC when flushed

Just a couple of really quick simple jobs please. Installing a toilet seat for starters. And then correcting a Venetian blind. The pulleys that change the angle of the blinds have never worked since the blind was installed, apparently because the bar across the top of the blind isn’t engaged with the mechanism properly. So the blind needs taking off the brackets, the rod engaged properly and then the blind put back. No other changes, the brackets are staying put.

I require the removal of a bath and installation of a new one with supplied acrylic bath and new mixer tap. Flexible on dates
