Plumber needed: install water softener + RO system + new kitchen tap (invoice + workmanship warranty required) I’m looking for a qualified plumber to supply labour and any small fittings required to install the following in my 2-bed flat. An itemised invoice and a WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY are required. 1) Install water softener on main incoming supply Product (supplied by me): Monarch Ultimate MIDI HE Metered Water Softener – 22mm Kit Install on the main water inlet to the flat (incoming is positioned high up). The supplied 22mm hoses are too short: please supply and fit approx. 2m 22mm flexible hoses (or suitable alternative) and connect to the softener with a proper bypass and isolation arrangement. Connect softener drain line to a suitable waste/drain point. Commissioning: set hardness/regeneration settings, check for leaks, and show me how to top up salt and use bypass. 2) Install under-sink reverse osmosis system and RO tap Product (supplied by me): Waterdrop WD-X8 (tankless) including its own RO tap Fit under the kitchen sink, connect feed and waste lines, and install the RO tap on the worktop/sink. Worktop is granite/stone; drilling may be required. Please bring the correct tools (diamond core bit) and protect the area. Power: the RO unit needs electricity. There is no socket inside the under-sink cupboard, so please quote to add a suitable power point in/near the cupboard in a compliant way. 3) Replace the kitchen sink tap Replace the existing kitchen mixer tap with a new one. Please include in your quote Labour, any small parts/fittings required, Confirmation you can provide an invoice and workmanship warranty. photos of main incoming water inlet area, and under-sink plumbing are provided.

Replace 2 standard taps with a shower mixer on bath. Combi boiler, bath mounted and bath panel easy to remove. (I believe) house only 4 yrs old so should be good pipes etc etc

Shower tray is currently leaking and I believe it is due to old silicone around the tray along with it sagging a bit in the corners when being stood on. Looking for someone with plumbing/bathroom experience to come and take a look, identify problem and likely (from what I can tell) re seal around the shower tray after removing existing silicone etc. To be clear, I have tried to re-silicone some of it myself which has not solved the problem, which is why I am asking for a skilled tradesmen to come and rectify the issue vs just asking for someone to re-silicone the shower which could very easily be the problem. This is leaking into the room below, so someone that is confident they can make right and fix is certainly needed.

My elderly mum has a poorly fitted overhead rainfall shower head and I’d love to get that removed and have a standard on-the-wall shower head on a rail. It would mean removing the overhead shower head and screwing the new shower head through bathroom tiles

Just a couple of really quick simple jobs please. Installing a toilet seat for starters. And then correcting a Venetian blind. The pulleys that change the angle of the blinds have never worked since the blind was installed, apparently because the bar across the top of the blind isn’t engaged with the mechanism properly. So the blind needs taking off the brackets, the rod engaged properly and then the blind put back. No other changes, the brackets are staying put.

I require the removal of a bath and installation of a new one with supplied acrylic bath and new mixer tap. Flexible on dates

Job Description I have a triton power shower which is gravity fed and the from the emersion tank in the airing cupboard. After it was installed it slowly after a few years struggled getting water out of the shower to the point where no water comes out anymore. we do not use it anymore as I do not want to burn the power shower motor out. please help

The upstairs family bathroom needs all the sealant taking off and redoing around corners and shower tray as it is leaking to the hallway downstairs.
