Blocked Ensuite Sink Pipes: Plumber Needed for Assessment & Repair Hello! I need a reliable, qualified plumber to assess and fix a severely blocked sink in my ensuite bathroom. A previous engineer, sent by my Homecare Insurance, tried to unblock the pipes but couldn't. He said a major limescale buildup had reduced the pipe capacity by about 95% and suggested a full replacement. My insurer, however, refused to cover the job due to a "limescale exclusion," leaving me unsure if a replacement is truly the only option. The job involves either unblocking or replacing the current sink waste pipe, which runs to the toilet stack. The new pipework, if needed, will require about 4-5 sections and bends to navigate the short distance. I have included photos and measurements for you to review before quoting. Group head leaking, preventing coffee being made

Refix aboutthree loose tiles, somegrouting and newsealant in shower and all around bathroom. If possible, adjust rise and fall in sink.

Our shower is only coming out hot. It starts out as cold but very soon goes very hot and we can't then adjust the temperature to make ir cooler.

Just a couple of really quick simple jobs please. Installing a toilet seat for starters. And then correcting a Venetian blind. The pulleys that change the angle of the blinds have never worked since the blind was installed, apparently because the bar across the top of the blind isn’t engaged with the mechanism properly. So the blind needs taking off the brackets, the rod engaged properly and then the blind put back. No other changes, the brackets are staying put.

Toilet Flush is not working

Water leak repair required on an elite tub. (5 person) 8-9yrs old and to order, supply and fit new hot tub cover (would like a quote) as badly water logged. I am quite arthritic and can no longer lift the lid on my own. Hot tub is outside under cover in the back garden.
