I need a plumber for a few small jobs in the same property: • Replace bathroom sink basin waste (I’ll supply the part) • Tighten loose shower riser rail • Seal a leaking toilet flush entry pipe

Our downstairs toilet appears to be blocked somehow. When we flush the toilet the water now rises to the top of the toilet bowl and then slowly eventually drains to below the water line. We have put some drain unblocker down it over the last week which hasn't improved it. We have tried to use the toilet brush and a plunger but isn't fixing it. Last night we have noticed that the other toilet flushes, however it seems to be taking a longer time than normal for the sound it makes (the refill sound?)

Looking for someone to use some sort off silicone sealant all around the shower to fix a shower leak, as the shop dowstairs says their is a leak coming from my bathroom. I spoke to the last builders and have said they have forgotten to add silicon sealant in the shower tray as well as silicone around the shower head , hose in both ends, the taps. Baisically everywhere in the shower, and all the other joints, and around the tiles to avoid water coming downstairs to the shop. Also to stick back a tile that was taken under from the shower tray to spot if their was a broken pipe. Looking for around Sunday lunchtime ideal. Send me your quote via messages.
