- Ground floor toilet is leaking (inside the toilet, into the basin) - please examine and fix mechanism. - Two VitrA basins have large-cover click-clack wastes. The complete clicker inserts pull out, although the spring mechanisms still work. The retaining connection inside each waste appears to have corroded or broken away. Please assess and replace both complete slotted basin wastes, retaining the large chrome mushroom-cover appearance if a compatible replacement is available.

Toilet blocked in the basement, this is a medical practice so would need to be done in working hours but we can be flexible.

Shower tray needs resealing, some of current sealant is coming loose

We have a thermostatic shower that is constantly dripping - someone came to look at it needs to be completely replaced because the parts aren’t made anymore - he suggested we change it to a bar shower but this will need installing and potentially tiles removed and put back. Ideally someone who can also do tiling

Remove all sealant and reseal shower

Had a bidet fitted in new home before moving in. Moved in now and there seems to be a leak most probably due to this. This needs fixing Would also like other bidets to be checked to ensure they’ve been fitted correctly to reduce chance of leaks in future

Had shower leak previously, so changed shower tray but within 6 months its leaking again. Not sure but I think the beam and support has something to do with it.

My water heater is an old model from Gainsborough. I changed the shower head and hose. They are firmly attached but it's leaking. I wonder if an o ring or water proof tape work?
