We need a mixer tap installed in the kitchen, and to replace a shower (not electric) in the bathroom. We have both the tap and shower.

Install a mixer tap for the bath on Friday before mid day.

Install a new kitchen mixer tap and re-seal a bath.

Change mixer tap kitchen sink. Fix fault to outside tap. Re-seal bath. Remove old wrong coloured seal and re-seal bath.

Mixer tap won’t change temperature

I have bought a new mixer taps for the kitchen. I need them plumbed in. I also have bathroom taps that need straightening which will take a few seconds to do with the right tools.

shower leaking through the downstairs toilet ceiling, will need to find leak and seal it

The shower mixer seems to be too tight and due to that there is constant water dripping from the showerhead. I am looking for someone to fix this. I have attached a picture of the mixer

Hi, my toilet seat have been installed. When it was new, it could lean on the back, after a month, the toilet seat keep coming down. It is very inconvenience. Could the tasker can fix it for me to make the toliet seat to hold at the back?

toilet is partially blocked .. water eventually drains down, but there is a blockage somewhere behind the bend that has prevented us using it for a while now. Previously ( a couple years back) plumber with pump equipment was able to sort. Have tried with plunger, chemicals without success.
