De'Longhi Magnica S Plus about 6 years old requires a proper service & probably one small 'leak' type repair (could be a gasket or seal). For about 18 mths it has had a small leak - I think - from the Red receptacle underneath on the left hand side.The only time its an issue is after every use as you remove the tray at its base (which has a relationship with this red mini tub) to tip out the collected water. And at this point there is water underneath the tray as it is removed.

The pipe coming from the bath to the soil pipe Is leaking. The pipe connector - fittings going into the soil is where it is leaking. Having been let down, I have been told it needs a new boss strap attachment fitted to fix the leak around the soil pipe. The job needs to be done ASAP, I am flexible on the day/times.
