Need to put in a hot outside tap. there is currently a cold water tap in place.

The siliac on seal in the shower has worn off I tried to use a sealant tape to fix it but it has not worked. There is slight water damage to the ceiling downstairs so I want it repaired pofessionally. Also the sink in the kitchen needs to be sealed as the silicone seal has come out.

Looking for a qualified plumber to remove existing fittings and install the 1st and 2nd fix and then come back to install the fittings after we do the tiling. This includes a wall hang toilet (currently a standard one), shower tray and shower fittings, shower bifold door (none at present), a small basin and a radiator (all to be placed in the same locations). This is for a very small underneath the stairs shower room. We are looking to do the tiling ourselves to make savings.

Currently have a bar mixer shower which needs replacing with a new one. Have bought a e new Mira shower and need this installing.

Need a plumber to help us remove the old toilet, small basin and shower tray to install new wall toilet, basin and shower tray with folding door and small radiator. This is underneath the stairs so small dimensions and locations of items will be the same. We will get a tiler to come and work on the tiling around the shower and toilet. Flexible with times. Also, looking to do main bathroom after this.

Got a new towel radiator as old one packed up. The Pipes don't align now as it's a bit more deeper than previous rad. Looking to get the piping connected to the towel radiator. The width of the pipes are correct just that the pipes are a little behind the towel radiator. Need adjusting or pipes bent correctly to attach to the existing isolator pipes. - Due date: Flexible

The automatic air vent, 15mm for the Megaflo, has failed and is now leaking. The boiler also had leaks, but Vaillant attended today and resolved that issue. However, they the Megaflo water tank repairs are not covered by the insurance. We need to source and replace the faulty part. I believe this may be causing issues as we have no hot water - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 3 November 2023

Lots of water coming out of dishwasher

Old integrated dishwasher has failed and beyond economic repair. A new dishwasher needs to be fitted it it's place and old dishwasher and packing materials to be disposed of. New dishwasher on order and will be received in around a weeks time

we are looking for someone to do the following plumbing jobs in Maidenhead, Berkshire: - replace taps for 2 baths (we supply replacement taps) - replace 2 toilets (into existing position, we supply replacement toilets) - replace 2 wash basins (into existing position, we supply replacement wash basins) - fit plywood sheets onto 2 bathroom floors to provide level foundation for lino.
