My vanity unit (picture attached) needs replacing. I purchased a like new unit, more or less the same except basic non fancy taps! I will try and upload a pic of the new vanity but it's essentially the same thing with normal single hole tap..The newer unit was sold to me already put together with basin, taps, flexor pipes already attached so there's no work to be done in putting the cabinet together or adding a basin. Not sure but someone said yeh flexor pipes might be short on the replacement vanity so I will buy some in case needed. Thank you

This is for a very small underneath the stairs shower room. We are looking to do the tiling ourselves to make savings. After this project, we would need the same for the main bathroom.
