Hi, there was a seepage on the roof of our bathroom due to above floor. Now its dried and we just need to fill and paint it. Separately, due to mould, we need to replace the sealant in bath tub.

I’m unsure of what’s happened to the ceiling here in the bathroom but it’s coming apart and needs to be fixed and re painted after. The ceiling needs to be scraped using a scraper to remove all loose/flaking paint and soft plaster. Then, needs to be cleaned with a mould/mildew cleaner. After this is completely dried, a stain-blocking primer/sealer needs to be applied. After, I need two coats of bathroom-specific anti-mould, moisture-resistant paint. Please bring this with you or if really cannot find, I will provide and change the quote. This seems like a two day job

Hi there, our original task i uploaded has changed now as our big built in bookcase in the living room has been painted. We now need someone to paint our hallway, living room and small kitchen in the next couple of weeks - paint work including walls/ceiling and woodwork. We're planning to give our kitchen cabinets and drawers a fresh new look with a lighter colour. Currently, they're dark green, and we have a total of 19 pieces. This is a SPECIALIST job. We want someone who has and can use either Doff or Thermatec machine to steam off multiple layers of paint (including lead paint) from an 1860s building, built of soft, red brick. We can’t use jetwash or sandblasting kit - it must be one of what I’ve said and likely with chemicals beforehand. And it doesn’t need to go back to immaculate bare brick - just as close as we can to make the wall breathable, Size is 13m x 6m (two storeys) tall with 6 openings (door and windows). If you have scaffolding or a tower then great, if not we can rent for you. Must have a portfolio of similar work or references.
