Cook healthy meals at home for two people, starting with two days a week

I’m looking for someone to help me clean my 2 bed, 1 bathroom flat. Just a regular cleaning and I have all of the supplies needed. In addition I need some help to fold and put away a large amount clothes that are to be donated to charity. In total I estimate the cleaning to take 3-4 hours and the organization another 1 hour. I’ll agree on an hourly price, the price listed reflects an estimate of 4.5 hours. Ideally would like someone to come today or tomorrow.

This is for my old neighbours house while he's in hospital. Hi kitchen needs sorting and a good scrub, it is quite dirty and disorganised and he need help getting it re arranged so its clean and simpler so he can manage it better in future. Please note he has a cat which I'll keep with me next door but just in case you have allergies. The Bathroom needs a light sorting and clean as not so bad.
