Hello We are a friendly professional couple living in central London (Tower Bridge) and looking for someone to take care of some domestic chores whilst we are out at work. Ideally 6-7 hours a week across two days (Monday & Wednesday - but flexible. Weekdays 9-6 though) - Running 1-2 loads of washing - putting washing out to dry - ironing - general tidying - cleaning - ideally, although this is a plus rather than a must have; shopping for some basics and prepping 2-3 healthy meals we can eat in the evenings during the week - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 3 April 2023

Conduct a deep clean in a 1 bedroom flat. Must be very careful with surfaces and object and meticulous in work. i'm looking for someone to prep on my behalf. meals for 1 adult male. my diet is simple and healthy, very much paleo biassed using organic/free range/grass fed produce and very heavy on vegetables, with odd carb and healthy sweet snack thrown in. i would specify ingredients and suppliers. i'd be looking for batch cooking every couple of weeks including 3-4 different dishes (approx 10 servings of each), which I can load up the freezer.
