I am looking for help with day to day house duties. I am ASD and ADHD, and sometimes struggle with ‘Home tasks’ looking for someone who can help on a weekly basis for around 5 hours x2 visits. For the right person this will be a continuous role. The pay will be weekly. Duties would be - Light cleaning of home, inc hoovering, dusting. Help organising home, e.g cupboards. Putting clothes away in drawers. May be required to pop to the shop for small items and help prepare a meal. PAY NEGOTIABLE Must hold a DBS

Hello! I’m in desperate need of sorting through and reorganising my belongings! I’m an ADHD shopaholic who just owns too much stuff and I’m sick of the chaos. The task would involve sorting items to bin, charity shop, sell, keep etc and then helping to organise them. Having a car would be advantageous to dispose of the rubbish and take items to charity shops - but not necessarily. (Additional fees can be discussed for that) The price is for 4 hours work, if longer is needed that can be discussed. So if you’re up for a day of sorting anything from blankets to Pokémon cards and helping me overcome my executive dysfunction this is the job for you!

Complete tidy of the house (won't be too bad, new build and we've only been there a few months) and sorting of kitchen storage, tidying messes in general, maybe some cable tidying for the office. 2 bedroom house in the new Freight Village in Gateshead. Bathrooms won't need to be looked at.
