Need someone to assess some kitchen appliances

I am moving abroad later this year. I’d like to get rid of 50% of my clothes / things - whether it’s selling on Depop or charity (both) and then organise the space I do have.

We moved into our house 6 years ago and have had constant issues with our small loft bathroom in our terraced house. We’re just keen to start again and put in a new bathroom. Plumbing will need to be made better too. We need some design help in planning what to do, so that will be key to picking a tradesperson. Thanks!

Cooking home food every day - Due date: Flexible

I am de-cluttering and have a range of things I want to sell or dispose of (location: SE5 near Oval), most of it lower value items (£20-£50) and some slightly higher value items (£250-£500) - in total there's maybe 70-100 different items to sell, whole range of stuff. It's too valuable to throw it/give it all away, but I can't face spending days listing it all on my own and packing it all up. So I need some 'in-person' help with that. Specifically, need you to be energetic and enthusiastic!! and ideally have a bit of sense of doing photos, putting things on Ebay and writing a half decent description of the item in English. I'm looking to pay roughly £15p.h. for this help, but am prepared to pay a bit extra / bonuses for someone who works fast and I get on with. So the task here is just for the first 4 hour shift (I think it will probably be 3-4 such shifts) . May be ongoing other work if this works out! We will photo the items one by one, then pack and label them and then list them on Ebay one by one. and once sold, we will have a couple of 'posting days' where we send it all off. - Due date: Before Sunday, 3 December 2023

I have a cupboard fitted in the kitchen with 11 shelves. Each shelf has stuff on it. There was a mouse in the house so there are mouse dropping. Most stuff on the shelves needs to be thrown away. Anything kept needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The shelves need to be throughly cleaned. I have an outdoor office that’s 7ft x 7ft that needs a deep clean. It has a few things in it for storage, but it’s mostly empty. Some mould needs scrubbing off. Not a huge job but I’m super busy at the moment so would love a hand. This is for 2 hours work at SE5 9LH We have all equipment/products and will show you what needs doing Mainly making beds, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms / kitchen, folding towels We will have 4 or 5 beds to make tomorrow. Obviously we will show you what needs doing, which beds need making. We can pay 15-20 per hour, depending how quickly and thoroughly you can work.
