The following are the suspected issues but might require further investigating: There's an issue with a pipe under a sink. 2 sinks are leaking. There's a toilet that is constantly blocking. There's a shower that needs to be resealed probably with some sealant. Also need to fit new universal click-clack waste in a room sink

Leak under kitchen sink! Lose pipe and can’t fit it back on !

I’m looking for a plumber to repair my kitchen sink waste pipe. The existing P-trap/U-bend has come apart and I haven’t been able to refit it correctly. I purchased what I thought was the correct replacement, but it appears the fittings/washers aren’t compatible with my existing pipework. Job required: * Assess the current waste pipe setup. * Supply any correct fittings/washers if needed. * Replace and fit a new P-trap/U-bend. * Ensure all joints are watertight and test for leaks before leaving. The sink is currently unusable as the waste pipe has come apart (see photos).
