I have an intermittent water leak coming from under/around my bathtub. It only happens occasionally, but it has caused dripping into the flat below. The outer wall of the toilet/bathroom area is also getting moist. What I need: Diagnose the source of the leak (bath waste/overflow/trap, tap/supply connections, or failed sealant). Repair/replace any faulty parts and reseal where needed. Water-test after repair to confirm the leak has stopped. Wall repair: I removed the paint completely from the damp area. Please apply filler to level/smooth the wall. (I will paint it white later.) Access note: The bath is fitted tight to the wall with filler/finishing. It’s possible the bath panel/bath may need to be loosened or partially removed to access pipework—please confirm if you can do this.

On suit bathroom toilet blocked, and leaking from flush pipe.

The laundry cupboard door no longer closes properly and I noticed a small amount of water around the cupboard area. It may be coming from the hot water cylinder or its pipework. Looking for a qualified plumber/heating engineer to inspect and advise.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

have kitchen sink leaking water is that something you can fix?

I’ve noticed a water pipe outside my bathroom is leaking. I can feel the top of the pipes are completely dry, and there is a notch that needs to be tightened where the drips are coming from. Any advice and expertise is welcome too. Small budget unfortunately but please help a girl out

Our sink is linking, the sealant has become loose and needs repairing.

I dismantled the pipes under my sink after fitting everything back together there is a leak. Specifically the leak is between the top of the ubend and the exit pipe. The problem is that the end of the ubend has a screw nut and the exit pipe is just a flat pipe so the connection isn’t tight enough
