Replace the faulty manual gas radiator valve as the existing one is stuck and doesn't move.

Looking for someone to board up the loft. Currently it is just rafters and exposed insulation. Loft is approx 4m x 3m New insulation will also need to be laid as current is thin and bad condition. I can provide materials (osb boards, loft legs and insulation)

I have 4 jobs that need doing. A section of skirting board needs to be cut and fitted there are water pipes in that area, so it’s a bit tricky. A curtain rail needs to be fitted I attempted it myself, but it’s ended up uneven and needs refitting properly. I also need a wired thermostat replaced with a wireless thermostat. Disconnect old extractor fan / fused spur Remove or blank the fused spur Advise whether a socket can go there (and only fit one if compliant)

I need some loft insulation installing in the eaves above one (3.6 x 3.6m) room. I’ve done all the rest but it’s quite small to get through to the other side around the chimney and low roof pitch so needs someone SLIM and doesn’t worry about claustrophobia or spiders :-) I’ve already cut the loft insulation and it’s up in the loft ready to go in place. I can pass the insulation through to the loft space for whomever does the work. An equivalent room with easy access took me about an hour to do.

My radiator thermostat / on off controller has dropped off

Either diverter valve or / & plate heat exchanger partial blocked due to hardwater. Water pressure low. Hot water has been intermittent, radiators have been consistently hot but now going cold. Boiler is a 4 year old Main (BAXI) Eco Compact. Certified gas engineers only for this job thanks

The boiler is currently only providing lukewarm water for a few minutes before the water goes completely cold. This issue is ongoing and means there is no reliable hot water available at the property. Could someone please attend the property to inspect the boiler and carry out the necessary repairs so that it is producing hot water properly again? The quote is for labour, I will pay for materials separately.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
