Current boiler failed due to water damage. I have purchased a brand new electric boiler exactly the same and need qualified engineer to remove old one and install new one to benefit of the warranty that comes with it. It's a SlimJim by Electrical Heating Company Additionally, the whole system includes a water tank that needs servicing as part of new boiler installation.

I need the hole for boiler pipes expanded. I also need a small hatch in laundry room Ceiling made so plumber can access other end of pipe when necessary. This should Be closable so will need a hinge and closing . It needs to be about 300mm square.

I suspect there is something wrong with my underfloor heating as it doesn’t get warm enough. If someone knows about the control valves I think they’re showing an error.

Downstairs heating is only underfloor. Seems like a technical issue as upstairs heating is working

I’m looking for a qualified heating engineer or someone experienced with Wiser radiator thermostats to check all existing thermostats in property at W13 9JZ. The system is already set up and controlled through the Wiser app. One of the thermostats has lost connection and needs to be reconnected. The job includes: • Checking all thermostats to ensure they’re connected to the main system • Replacing batteries if needed • Reconnecting any devices that have lost connection

Hot water from the Ecodan works for water (shower, taps) but for some reason, no heating coming out of the underfloor heating. The pump flow looks like it is working. Room thermostats are working. But- pipes not hot, control system seems stuck on standby for calling heat from the boiler. Could be a need to replace or rewire the motorised valve actuator. Maybe be something to do with the boiler. Maybe something simpler and I’m being slow. Need a heat-pump heating engineer or plumber-electrician. My room thermostat has stopped working I need a new one and for it to be connected to the boiler

My radiators are not working with my usual settings on the thermostat panel. The hot water and Towel rail are working very well. It might be a problem of boiler setting/connection.

Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
