The radiators are not heating up evenly. Some are heating up, some are not, some are mildly warm. During boiler service the person suggested to do a radiator-clean-up or do power flush. NOTE - Bleeding has been done already. So don't quote for simply bleeding. I'm looking for a fixed price. There are 7 radiators in total. This is a flat in an apartment.

The entire flat is using the under floor wet heating. The old thermostat is broken. Model number: UFHDIALB I ordered the same replacement. Hello, I need a boiler service certificate for a boiler in my restaurant. I believe the boiler itself is a domestic-type boiler, although it is installed in a commercial property. I have attached a photo of the boiler so you can check. The boiler is working perfectly fine. My main reason for arranging this is that my landlord has asked me to provide a valid boiler service certificate. I would therefore need the inspection/service to be carried out by someone who is properly qualified and authorised to issue a valid certificate. I would prefer not to have unnecessary work carried out on the boiler since it is working fine, but if servicing is required in order to issue the certificate, that is absolutely fine. Could you please let me know if you can do this and how much you would charge? Thank you.

I have checked and is in working order, all the status lights are green which indicate the hive is connected and working and the same for the boiler as we have hot water. However the thermostat still does not send signal to heat up

Cylinder Heater Maintenance and Repair Currently no hot water at the flat. Heated Element Replacement needed. • We need to install 2x titanium-coated heated elements (we will purchase from Screwfix or any recommended supplier) in our indirect unvented cylinder heater in a 1-bed flat as they corroded. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.
