We have recently moved into a house and would like to check the AC units for summer and also help us set the AC and heating system so we know how it works.

Have a new hot water cylinder with integral immersion element that needs wiring to its spur. Needs a qualified electrician.

I need a loft hatch installed.

Two end top cupboard pieces need attaching Inc shaving of one to fit gap and cutting of tile trim of other to fit gap. Also need a refit of a bin pulley system and the creation of a bespoke unit to cover a boiler.

Heating is broken. Bosch model series 2

The boiler is not showing any error codes but there is no hot water or heating. So the boiler won’t start to produce hot water. It works only after restarting for a very short time and it won’t work again. While restarting the boiler seems to be struggling to turn on as it starts and stops repeatedly for few minutes.

Plumber needed to install a hot water boiler 3 in one by Hanstrom. We have already disconnected the old hot water boiler. The filter is already connected.

My nest home doesn’t seem to be correlating with the boiler and radiators are coming on inconsistently - may need to replace part of it

Need a wireless thermostat to be moved, the holes filled and painted over and a mirror to be hung

Santon Premier Plus boiler repair needed. It doesn't heat water any more but immersion booster works so to get hot water I have to turn on the switch manually.

Boiler Ariston WRC-NSF Hot water runs out quickly. We do have hot water in the morning but for 5 mins.

My Vaillant boiler has stopped working. It’s an old boiler and I have recently had Val to look at it before they came in. It was working for about 4 to 6 hours a day before losing pressure. Ironically after they have come in to look at it they fiddled with it and completely broke it. They have now quoted me for a brand-new boiler instead of fixing this one. I know the boiler is good. It just needs someone to at least bring it back to where it was before the Val guy came in. Right now, it loses pressure immediately with a sign saying “F 22” I’m sure it can be fixed. Would love someone to pop in and see if they can help. Many thanks.

I have an issue with my boiler / thermostat. Boiler works but the combination isn't working and boiler is just “on” Thermostat being used is a Google Nest If it’s a quick fix, great. If not, I’d like the thermostat disconnected so we can go back to manual hence the budget is more of a call out fee not a long job

Hi, I have two thermostats next to the combi boiler that I was to replace with a Drayton Wiser dual zone thermostat. I'm looking for someone who understands the wiring to help get this done. All equipment already bought.

The expansion vessel and safety valve need replacing. To supply and fit a new remote expansion vessel and new safety valve. Need quote to include A. fees (mine will be extra), parts and labour. Hello We have a boiler immersion heat that has been acting up. The fuse has been tripping and now when trying to switch up the fuse it has blown. We have isolated the issue that it is most likely the heating element needs replacing. Please kindly provide availability and a quote. Thanks Dominik
