We have a large Warema retractable electric blind on our office roof (that has stopped working) and it we also require a new Warema control as someone has broken ours. I have looked for these online and cannot work out which one we need. Thank you!

The fourth is the hardest: three warped floor planks in the kitchen. They need to be removed and replaced. Sliding wardrobe door fix

I have a set of four sliding glass doors in the bedroom. One of the doors had a bottom roller sheer off and ordered a replacement for that part. That needs fitting and the other doors need tweaking till it all works without grinding noise. Track may need reattaching to the floor in one third of it. Sounds worse than it is, someone who gets the doors will probably find it a quick fix. Happy to supply additional details on request. Able to be flexible as I work from home

We have a Roman blind in a bedroom whose string has become disconnected from the blind itself, and needs to be reattached somehow.

Our roman blinds have broken. 3 home-made Romans need to be re- strung and more importantly our son’s Roman blind (on head rail and chain system) has buckled and won’t raise/lower properly - urgent repair need this afternoon as we have house viewings tomorrow

4 x 1950s/1960s dining chairs. The frames come loose when used as the frames aren’t secure so the legs and back can come loose. Fix the frame and make sturdy again. Joints are glued and probably need cleaning to remove ineffectual old glue.

The blinds string that helps open/ close the blinds has come undone. The blinds cover a window that is approx 110 cms wide and 192cm length.

I need some plant holders hung up

the sink has sunk and the plate must either be repaired or replaced

to take down simple light and build a chandelier and put up . our ceilings are high and we live in hove

I had some work done to a window and the person took my blind down and didn't hang it back up right. It's an easy job to re position it back into place correctly.

There is a crack in the render running alongside a box gutter on part of the roof, which is causing damp inside. The gutter is accessible through a window and doesn’t need a ladder or scaffolding to reach it. The render needs cleaning, possibly painting and i have a damp proofing paint that needs applying

bed slats keep coming out their fixtures.can we get it fixed so they stop coming out. also one of the slats is bit broken which will need some wood glue or something to fix or replace with another wooden slat

Hinge has rusted off garden gate, need top and bottom hinges replaced and gate refitted.
