Communal Areas Cleaning: Deep clean of hallway, stairwell, landings, shared bathroom, and communal kitchen, Thorough removal of grime, stains, and debris for a hygienic finish. Attic Room (Room 4) Works: Supply and install a new radiator, connected to the central heating system, Supply and provide a manual Velux pole for window operation, Supply and install a short handrail at the base of the attic staircase to enhance safety. Garden and External Maintenance: Cut back overgrown vegetation and clear both front and rear gardens, Remove and dispose of all garden waste, Clean external window frame of the first-floor front room to remove scorch marks, Replace any damaged or perished window seals to improve insulation and appearance.

My washing machine is very loud on the spin cycle so I think the drum bearings need replacing. Looking for someone to check, confirm and replace the worn parts.
