The belt on my Nordictrack commercial 2950 is intermittently jerking and not running smoothly,

the wall to the storage room has a dent in it, i need it fixed up

We need a key lock box installed. A door handle re-fitted to my outside office and on another internal door where the screw holes are too big. We also need help with waterproofing a flat roof area and putting in some plastic roofing - beams already in place. Thanks

Metal bed needs DiY and slight painting around

old very tall concreted in washing pole removal. its about 30ft high. cemented into ground and at bottom it has a 3 metal bracket around it and bolt. likely has some weight and needs to come down without damage to house and garden etc. either needs a ladder and go up and cut down bit by bit. or somehow cut from bottom. maybe losen the bolts and pivot after the cut and some how manage the weight etc
