The finish is worn and damaged, but no structural repairs required. - Leather: clean and recondition existing leather armchairs. The leather is worn but not torn. - Speaker Invetsigation: Trace and identify the existing ceiling-speaker installed by a previous owner, and how to operate - Alarm: Advise how existing outdoor alarm can be safely deactivated, installed by previous owner.

Existing 30 year old fireplace marble? Surround with hearth and mantlepiece. To be removed, hole filled however is needed, and boarded up to look like the existing wall. Plastered but not painted ideally. No idea how much this will cost, so please let me know.
