A greenhouse needs to be installed along with slabs on the perimeter.

We had a new kitchen fitted but haven’t got round to completing the fiddly finishing touches for lack of time. Need someone to fit a tile (we have spares) into a gap on floor where some are missing around bottom of units. And some light skimming needed to tidy up the kitchen wall. Then a final paint of all kitchen walls not including the new multicolour tiling.

I need a 106” motorised projector screen installing in to a ceiling. The ceiling where it is going is a boxed in RSJ so may require some form of support or frame. Needs mounting about halfway in from the wall on the boxed in steel.

There is a leak under the kitchen sink

A small 750x750 shower cubicle with old cracking sealant and grout needs to have sealant removed and redone properly, and have grout cracks fixed to make sure absolutely no more leaks (as building management believes leak downstairs is from this flat). I'm looking for someone with lots of experience with applying sealant in tricky places and make it look very smooth. Thanks!

Master bedroom closet door requiring repair. This has been repaired previously but keeps dropping off and requiring repairs again (don’t believe previous repairman did a very good job). Thus I would require someone who is good at their craft and professional. It’s a sliding door. See pictures attached. Will welcome any alternatives as well that can enable smooth opening / sliding of the doors without another repair required.

I have an integrated fridge freezer where the wooden kitchen cabinets attach to the fridge door to open and close. The upper fridge compartment cupboard door hinge has broken so atm I have to open the cupboard door (thats on a broken hinge) then open the fridge door. I have a replacement hinge for the door but to fix I think the job requires 1) removing the fridge door itself as you can't get to the cupboard door hinge properly with it on 2) fit the new hinge onto the cupboard door 3) refit the fridge door 4) line up the slider thing that attaches the cupboard door to the fridge door. I'm usually okay at DIY but I just don't have the confidence/ time to get this right. It has to be precisely done because otherwise the fridge may not close properly. Thanks in advance for looking Ps I have 2 friendly cats in case any taskers have allergies.
