Use a FENSA-registered installer or notify building control for replacement windows. * Fit radiator TRVs and a kitchen CO alarm; address the separate CO/electrical notices and provide an EICR. * Repair/replace the front entrance door/lock; supply keys for all external doors, replacing the rear kitchen lock if needed. * Repair/rehang doors to ground-floor rear, first-floor front-right and rear-right rooms; adjust the ground-floor middle door. Fit shower, toilet and front-right bedroom handles; repair the ground-floor front handle. Secure/replace loose glazing in the first-floor rear door. * Investigate/repair spongy first-floor hallway flooring, damaged laminate in first-floor front-left/rear-right rooms and loose entrance-step laminate. * Secure/replace first-floor landing balustrading and newel posts. * Repair/replace the entrance light fitting with exposed wires, broken first-floor front-left socket and missing first-floor rear light pull cord. * Replace kitchen plinths and the toilet flush mechanism; enclose/seal the top of the shower false wall. * If fireplaces are used, arrange chimney inspection/sweeping by a HETAS-approved contractor. Include labour, materials, waste disposal, itemised costs and timescale. Follow the report and separate notices; agree any alternative works with the council before starting.

I have a tension pole for 2 rooms and they currently don't hold up on their own, I need someone to come and put fixtures in the wall to keep it in place, level and sturdy for hanging clothing. Gutters leak when it rains in one particular spot. They also need clearing and checking all round for other leaks. It's a detached 5 bedroom property. Twith gutters at the front and back.Also a small section of gutters above the attached garage. The leak is at the front of the property above the bay window.
