The front door handle comes off when I pull it to close the door. I've tried putting it back in but it just comes out again.

I need the sealant around my bath to be removed and redone, I have sealant and a sealant gun to do it. Also my window is no longer closing, we had heavy winds while it was open and it pushed it too far open and now won’t close, I believe it needs moving across slightly on the track to be able to shut again.

We had new carpets installed and now 6 of our interior doors are too tall to open and close easily. I am looking for a carpenter/joiner or a tradesperson with the relevant tools and experience to remove, plane and rehang 6 internal doors. Please note that the tradesperson will be required to wear show coverings to keep the new carpet looking new. Thank you for understanding.
