My blinds will no longer tilt

Vertical blind track, approx 233cm in length needs repair. The blind will open but will not close, only the first vertical panel comes across, the rest stay where they are! These were new blinds about 2 or 3 years ago but broke shortly after installation by Signature Blinds, Wigan, who then went bust and hence never been fixed. If someone can just repair the track, I can bring it to you, I'm fine with removing and refitting the track myself, just need it repaired or an identically fitting replacement made. Please can someone help?

Pull up bar install onto my balcony. All parts and bolts are present just needs to be installed with drill/ stud finder into external brick wall. 12 mm drill bit needed.
