It's a vertical window blind and it has a problem with the top broken top rail. It's a large window and there are 22 lengths to blind. One side not drawing and some of the hooks are facing the wrong way. The mater is fine. It's just the mechanism.

Shower screen come loose from wall and needs reattaching and fixing.

This is worth getting fixed promptly because it wastes water and could indicate worn flush valves/buttons. Washing machine – powers on but doesn't start/work; no visible water leak. Needs diagnosis (could be door lock, water inlet, drain/pump, programme/control issue etc.) letterbox key lost - ?locksmith

Holes in the wall need to be filled in. Awkward plugs need to be pulled out. Blinds need to be rehung (that’s a straight forward job, but one less thing for me to think about).

Our front door handle is coming loose because the screw holes have become enlarged. The inside handle also no longer operates the locking mechanism and appears to have lost its connection to the metal spindle/bar inside. The screws have previously been reinserted, but this was only a temporary fix and failed again. We need someone to diagnose the underlying problem and provide a durable repair—not simply screw the handle back into the same damaged holes. Please bring the appropriate tools and advise if replacement parts are required. We would like the work completed next week and can be flexible on the day and time.

I have some blinds that are drawn up but were not sure how to bring them down again! There is a socket that does not work, I want to get it working. There is also a light that is flickering - seems like an issue with the light switch. And there’s a door handle that is coming off that I need help fixing in place.

My loft opens like a trap door, with a hooked poll to pull the door down. The ladder then extends down from the loft by using the hooked pole. I was trying to pull the ladder down (I haven’t done it before, it’s my mums house) and I was struggling to get it down. When it was put back up, the door won’t close properly anymore it just hangs open.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping due to banging door noises from my neighbours since they converted their loft. I am currently very ill so struggling to sound proof myself and I am looking for both advice on how to best do it and also installation of anything eg sound proof door, moving furniture for better sound proofing, fitted wardrobe in alcove to stop sound travel or other things that could help
