Remove an existing toilet seat and fit a new toilet seat, which I will provide. Repair/adjust the Magic Corner mechanism in a kitchen corner cupboard. It is currently not working correctly. . Have a look at my garden door handle, which isn't functioning very well, and see if it can be adjusted or repaired to make it work better. Ideally looking for one person to complete all four jobs in one visit. Please include removal/disposal of the wardrobe in your offer and let me know if there would be any additional charge for parts if anything needs replacing.

Hi I'm looking for help on fitting x2 internal doors and sorting out an understairs shoe/coat closet. Jobs required: X1 fire door to be hung on kitchen, will need handles and hinges all installed and architrave made good. X1 internal shoe/coat closet door fitted. This will need to be cut to size and all hinges, handles fitted and architrave made good. Make and install custom shoe storage unit and coat rail within the understairs closet. Open to design ideas of what could work best. There will need to be some filling done between plasterboard which I've tried to picture. I have both doors and hinges/handles but none of the other materials. Thank you
