Updated: • Removing vegetation/debris from around the building and affected areas • Bagging up vegetation and loose debris neatly • Breaking down and bagging any leftover loose materials from the previous clearance to help create additional space • Boarding/securing the rear opening using treated OSB/plywood • Sealing accessible internal gaps/openings where suitable with exterior sealant/foam • General tidy up of the working area once completed

I am looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few wall mounting and hanging tasks in our home: 1. Hang 3 wooden shelves - Shelves need to be evenly spaced and level - I already have the gold brackets for these 2. Hang a bathroom mirror cabinet - Needs to be centered above the sink/vanity - Wall is plaster (not tile) 3. Hang a large mirror above a vanity - Mirror dimensions are approximately 90cm high x 120cm wide - My husband and I will be home and can assist with lifting/holding if needed 4. Hang miscellaneous framed photos/artwork - A small collection of frames/photos that need positioning and hanging Photos of all items are included in the listing. Important: I may not have the correct wall anchors/fixings for all items, so please come prepared with appropriate fixings/tools for plaster walls if possible (happy to reimburse material costs). Looking for someone detail-oriented who is confident with measuring, leveling, and securely mounting heavier items.

I have a 2.5m diameter roller blind that I need installing in a bedroom window. It's been custom made to fit the space and came with the fittings. I have installed a smaller one in a side window (pictured) however, the walls around the larger 2.5m wide window are difficult to drill into and are rather crumbly in places.
