Repair gutter over the rear extension and see if there are leaks from tiles to seal

I need to get this pipe fixed - basically the join has worn away so it needs sealing back up - it would ideal if a plumber could look at this.

One of our downpipes has come loose and needs to be reconnected.

A gutter downpipe has detached from the gutter and wall. The joint needs to be repaired and the downpipe fixed back to the wall.

A cast iron downpipe (it has three sections) replaced with a mock uPVC equivilant (I have the replacement parts). Once fitted, it needs to be left open/at a slight angle, since the underground drain it connects into is blocked and needs to be unblocked by a separate drainage specialist.

Leak is where the kitchen/dishwasher/washing machine waste connects into the main waste downpipe. Leaking when water coming from kitchen. But also when waste coming down the main downpipe. In both cases a steady drip.

I need the shed refelted... Medium sized. The downpipe from the sink outside has broken off to the main pipe also needs to be replaced.

Yamaha V-Max 1200 not running 100%: sluggish on the lower revs/setting off, loss of 20 to 30% of power. Right pipe and silencer hotter than left ones. Smell of fuel when idling. Vibration all around at speed

Need to repair/repair downpipe as its leaking and have damp inside wall.

We have a down pipe that is discharging rainwater directly into an access well. The down pipe should be extended to discharge water directly into the gully drain. Please see image attached. There is also work required to seal concrete in this area which can be done as one job or separately.

Need someone with tall ladders or potentially to push guttering back together, pvc cement them so they’re water tight and likely add a wall bracket so it doesnt come loose. Ladders must fit through a pretty tight terraced flat to the rear garden. Relatively simple job once you’re up there but it’s top of the 3rd story

The gutter at the front of the property is very old and leaking. I need this to be replaced. Trades person should supply all tools required to complete the job including ladders long enough to reach the roof safely. I will supply the materials required.
