Need help with lawn maintainabce and gardening

i have a pond that needs cleaning and, the pump and filter maybe be broken. i also have a large ground that has shrubs, hedges and trees that require periodic trimming and shaping. there a pathways with paving that need attention and require de weeding

Lawn mowed every 2-3 weeks, bedding needs to have new felt put in around the border of the garden as well as a corner in the front of the house with current stones/gravel and new for top up, weeding both around the hedges and when felt is removed, pruning of trees and hedges. This is a big job and I want someone who will throughly get rid of the weeds, some of which is also coming from our neighbour’s house onto our side of the garden. I would also like to plant additional flowers as the side and back of the garden is bare. This I can buy myself. Once this is all cleared then maintaining it will be easy. Reasonable prices for both the above: clearing with new felt and maintenance. Thank you

Approx 8m Wide garden. 14 metre long in longest side. Want to clear the edge by about 50cm on the edge of garden of weeds, grass so I can apply a weed control membrane on the ground. I will then apply stones or stuff to cover over. Then I can cut grass easily without worrying about weeds on the edge. How much would it cost to clear the garden edge? Part of the garden is mostly done and some edges do not need much work.
