I need an experienced Tasker to repair water-damaged laminate flooring caused by a washing machine leak. Issue: Approximately 20 swollen/buckled planks plus the area around the bottom/perimeter of the kitchen island. The click-lock laminate has raised edges and height differences, mainly along the kitchen back wall facing the living room and under/around the island base. I have already stopped the leak, removed standing water, and dried the area. Work required: Carefully remove baseboards along the kitchen wall. Lift and replace the ~20 damaged planks, starting from the wall edge. Inspect subfloor and ensure it's dry. Carefully cut and fit new planks around the kitchen island base (without fully moving the heavy island if possible). Reinstall baseboards neatly and leave proper expansion gaps. You can supply materials. Please quote your total price (labour + any materials). Experience with laminate water damage repairs is preferred. Flexible timing – ideally within the next 1-2 weeks. I need to put down some sticky vinyl flooring in my bathroom

We currently have two Heatmiser Neostat v2 thermostats installed in our home, along with an RF Switch v2 and a UH8-RF v2. One of the thermostats is used to control our radiators, while the other manages the underfloor heating system. We’ve been having ongoing difficulties getting either thermostat to consistently switch the heating systems on or off. We’ve tried resetting and re-pairing both systems several times. While they may initially appear to function correctly for a short period, the thermostats inevitably stop communicating with the RF Switch and UH8-RF devices. At first, we suspected that the issue might be linked to our old boiler (which was over 20 years old), but having replaced the boiler, the issue remains unresolved. We also attempted to relocate the thermostats closer to the RF units to improve signal strength, but this has made no difference. To date, two separate boiler engineers have tried to diagnose the issue, but neither has been able to identify the root cause or offer a solution.

I’d like new seal/ mastic/ caulk in bathroom around bath, toilet etc. also to seal around sink in kitchen and sides. Seal around skirting boards where needed- 1 bedroom flat. I have old seal/ worn away so need it done to freshen up. Thank you :)
