This small shower/WC in London W1H 5LG has very tiny insects coming up from under the tile, from skirting. It is a lower ground floor flat. I need someone to seal all the gaps, even the tiniest, 100%. Where necessary, carry our repairs to skirting boards and tiles..

Install carpet and fix 4 steps of common area in building with 4 floors. It includes 7 flights of stairs and ~20m of straight area. Estimated around 75m2 in total. Four steps need fixing by adding wood or nailing. Ideal start early in January, but flexible. New carpets would be provided by me but not the installation tools, like nail, glue, wood pieces, etc. - Due date: Flexible

My guess is that a temperature switch controller is out of order and needs replacing, the heating in the room is not adjusted because of that and it is cold.
