I am looking for quotes to lay 600x600x10 porcelain tiles on a new liquid screed base. 28.5m² pretty much square room but with a utility room taking one corner (also to be tiled). It will be wall to wall, not working around kitchen cabinets. Will have wet underfloor heating so likely to need decoupling matting. Everything except the tiles to be supplied by you.

The grouting between the tiles in the bathtub has cracked/broken and needs to be grouted again. It’s not the entire area that is affected so only the cracked area needs fixing. I need to replace either 6 large tiles (60cm by 60cm) along the edge of my bath as well as on a section of the bath front. The bath front tile will need cutting to shape to fit around an area and two of the tiles on the wall will need to be cut around the mixer taps for the shower. I'll then need it all sealing in and the face of the taps unit being sealed back on. I'll also need all the old grouting etc to be removed from the area first to make clean for the new tiles to go up. I have the tiles but no other materials so you'd need to bring those with you and of course I'll cover costs.
