I have a couple of handyman jobs requird for a house with tenents in. 1. fix a hole in 1 wall situated at top of stairs - behind the plaster is wooden stips (lath) - need wall fixed so it is straight and ready for painting - see images of damage 2. we have 1 garden fence that has fallen and needs to be put back up, i believe the fence panel is fine but needs some wood screwed in the side fence, so it fits within the cement block (see image of fence in garden)

Add hinges and gate fixtures to a small section of fence to turn it into a gate. Install a piece of wood between the remaining fence and the wall of the house to prevent the fence from sagging.

Garden Wall & Fence (Security Focus) The garden wall faces the street, so I’d like to increase the height slightly for better security. I’m not particular about the materials used—whatever works best. Some parts of the topper have come off. Where there are existing plants/wood, I’m happy for you to tie them together or reinforce them to act as a barrier. I specifically need the area above the left-hand door and the sections where the topper is completely missing to be strengthened in some way. I want to minimise the cost if its possible. 2. Wardrobe/Chest of Drawers Regarding the warped unit, if you feel it’s not worth repairing, I have another wardrobe in a different room I can use instead. In that case, could you help me move the other wardrobe to the room and break down the old one into smaller pieces so I can dispose of it easily? Removal of an existing single side hung metal gate (see image) and installation of new aluminium gate (see link below). From reading the installation guide and reviews it sounds like an easy installation, likely a couple of hours work for a competent installer (which I am not!). I need around 18 new fence panels with concrete posts. Plus all the old panels and posts removed. I can rent a big skip. I can supply all the materials so I'll just need your labour and experience. So my budget is for labour only.

I have a run of garden wooden fence where two of the wooden posts (from the 6 in total) do not have concrete fixings to hold them in place and are beginning to bend slowly as the earth gives. I have purchased the two concrete posts like the others have as well as fast drying fence post concrete and bolts (to connect the concrete posts to the wooden posts) but I need someone who can dig the small holes next to the affected posts, place the posts in the holes, fill them with concrete and fix the concrete posts to wooden posts. I am prepared to help if needed but can’t do this alone.

Install a welded wire mesh on tpost and attach bamboo fence on top . The work is already done however the post need to be fitted stronger in the ground and the welded mesh wire is not straight to hold up the bamboo fences . If you can do this job or know someone please get in touch as soon as possible as it is in garden and winter approaching.

The posts the metal gate was hung on rotted. We have the gate, wood for posts, and post ground supports. The base of the old post needs to come out in order to instal the new ones.

Back garden fences are low, I want to extend the height to just under 6 ft. New garden gate fitted at just under 6 ft.
