The toilet keeps on trickling water.

A hot tap in the bathroom wash basin rotates as you turn it on and off. I tried to tighten the nut underneath the sink but it is difficult and I probably don't have the right tool. A cold tap in the bedroom wash basin works but is too tight to turn on fully. It might need replacing. In my photos, from the left, 1 and 2 are the rotating tap and 3 is the stiff to turn on tap (which might need replacing, so same style if possible).

I need three lamps (no electrics needed) fitting to a brick wall and five holes drilled for pictures. I have the screws to fit the lamps, but don't have the screws/nails for the pictures so would need to include these materials. I live in an Georgian house so will require a drill of some kind.
