The straighteners have stopped working. They do turn on and off but do not stay on for long or need to be held in a certain position to get them to stay on.

After I start our washing machine, it works for 10-15 min, then the power fuse gets tripped. I switch it back on, then after another 5 min same thing happens. Then I turn it back on and then it will work until the end of the cycle. It happens in the day time/morning when nothing else is working, so the circuit is not overloaded. It trip the blue switch on the picture. Started about 2 weeks ago

3 light switches do not have power to them, the circuit boards in the switches are at fault. It is a crestron system that no longer supplies these parts.

I have purchased a filter tap as well as the connectors to connect it to the water pipe in the kitchen. The kitchen top would need to be drilled to install the tap and then the pipes configured. Additionally, in the showers (2 showers) the tap that adjusts the water temperature does not move on one and in the other one it seems to be lose. - Due date: Before Saturday, 11 March 2023
