Just to explain the issue, in February we started getting a leak through our living room ceiling light fixture, it was coming from the patio of the flat above. The flat above is council owned so we contacted them to assess the issue and was informed it was a waterlogged patio. Since then the council have informed us the issue has been resolved. It had caused some internal damage such as slight paint bubbling and damage to the plaster. Potential electrical damage but we have not tried to use the light since leak started. Looking for someone qualified to handle all issues. Repair of water damage, repair of plaster & refit of new lights. Price can be negotiated, as not sure of work cost

Lamp Repairs Needed (4 items) I have four lamps in our office space that please need repair. Details below: Lamp 1 (blue ridged) – Has stopped working, likely an issue with the bulb/socket/switch. I have had 850kg of top soil delivered and it needs to be taken in a wheelbarrow from the pavement to the garden. My wheelbarrow has a flat tyre so I need someone with their own wheelbarrow. We have side access so it is just a short back and forth from the pavement to the garden - maybe 20m.

The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms.
