Connectors?) - Do we need to purchase extra material for splashback installation?

I have just had brick slips placed on a wall that previously had a radiator on it. I had to remove the brackets from the wall to apply the brick slips. I now need to put the radiator back up, however I’ve been told that the screws need to be long , so that they go past the brick slips and into the wall to be secured.

I have had 850kg of top soil delivered and it needs to be taken in a wheelbarrow from the pavement to the garden. My wheelbarrow has a flat tyre so I need someone with their own wheelbarrow. We have side access so it is just a short back and forth from the pavement to the garden - maybe 20m.

I need someone to block the holes on the floor area under the stairs shown in the photo. The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. This is just prep work for understairs storage that will be fitted in a few weeks.

I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms.
