Water keeps running in the toilet, quite fast as well, reducing the water pressure in the house, barely took a shower this morning cause water pressure very low

Looking for a locksmith to inspect and fix our door lock. The key regularly gets jammed when trying to lock or unlock the door, and it’s becoming really frustrating. I suspect the lock may have been installed incorrectly or that some parts were missing when it was originally fitted. Need someone experienced to diagnose the issue and repair/adjust the lock so it works smoothly. Please bring any tools or common replacement parts that may be needed.

I need an experienced roofer to replace one visibly broken tile on a narrow pitched roof section. Photos attached show the damaged tile and the adjoining rooftop terrace. The terrace is accessible through the property. The job should include: * Supplying and fitting a suitable matching replacement tile. * Removing and disposing of the broken pieces. * Checking the immediately surrounding tiles and advising of any further damage. * Providing before-and-after photos.
