The goal is a clean, rustic / heritage-style exposed ceiling, not a fully industrial spray-black finish. Scope of works includes: • Removal of existing suspended / false ceiling • Exposing original structure (timber beams / joists) • Cleaning and preparation of exposed ceiling • Neat organisation of existing services (no boxing-in) • Fire-retardant treatment suitable for commercial use • Acoustic treatment to reduce noise transfer to downstairs (attenuation, not full soundproofing) • Final spray paint / seal in a neutral or natural finish • Coordination with existing electrical first fix (pendant lighting) Important notes: • This is for a commercial restaurant space • Fire safety compliance is required • Acoustic treatment should reduce noise, not require a full suspended ceiling • Looking for someone with previous exposed ceiling experience Please include: • Examples or photos of similar work • What is included / excluded in your quote • Estimated timeframe

Basically the two taps in our office are running really slow because they are blocked with limescale. They would need new little filters installed

Bottom two full steps to be replaced plus the stringer section on one side m for same , cut out and replaced on left as looking from bottom . Maybe one single tread replacement and splice nosing on a few. Or suggestions for refurbishing but not replacement .

The boiler pressure gauge keeps going to zero. I think there is a small leak in the valve/pipe.

I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms. Note and quote for small complexity that external roof runs high on bedroom walls. I am relisting this as I ideally want extensions to come from fibre optics not router (Cat 5/6) and run out outside of house (previous Airtasker accepted quote fell through for this reason).
