Sofa is gouging the floor when reclining. I believe one of the feet is pushed into the frame and no longer raises the mechanism above the floor. It looks like the wooden strut it's mounted to is broken. Please see pictures.

Potential/possible burning smell coming from bathroom. Spoken to plumber on phone who is fairly certain it is electrical issue but we cant be sure and would like someone to come and let us know and fix the issue

Hi. Im renting out our property and i need the 5 year electrical test certificate.

Replace existing kitchen light switch with dimmer switch. Fix dimmer switch in living room. There are two knobs. The gap between one of the knobs and the wall is too small, and can't be pushed in enough to turn on the light. Fix kitchen plug socket. The plug will not go all the way into the socket. This means it is difficult to get a working connection. The wall behind the socket is glass backed as it is the splashback for the counter. Two of the kitchen sockets do not sit tightly into the wall. I would like the sockets to fit tightly into the wall. One kitchen socket is missing a screw. Screw needs to be added.

I have some new light switches that need to be fitted by an electrician. There are 4 sockets to fit in total. I have included photos of the existing outlets and then new ones, including the back.

We need 3 things sorting. 1 - installing a ceiling light in our sitting room. 2 - hanging a large mirror onto the wall ( 110cm x 110cm) 3 - a door in our flat doesnt shut properly as the door knob / latch and the catch arent aligned.
