Hi, I have a Sage Barista Express BES875 that needs repair. The steam wand isn't working. When I turn the steam knob, nothing comes out of the wand, and the steam/water is diverted out of the group head instead. When I close the knob, a bit of water comes out of the group head. I’ve already tried descaling it, but no luck. Is this a common issue, and do you have a rough idea of what it usually costs to fix?

Clean and service a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. The machine has already been descaled, the cleaning cycle has been run over 20 times, and the brew unit has been removed and cleaned. Despite this, the hot water still contains small black particles. Looking for someone with experience servicing DeLonghi coffee machines to diagnose the cause, clean the internal pipes/brewing system, and get the machine dispensing clean water again.

The Sage Barrista express coffee machine I have trips the electric when I use it.

It’s a Delonghi coffee machine. The coffee grinder seems to be unable to grind regular quantities of beans. On the highest amount setting it grinds only around 50% of the usual amount. The setting needs to be on the most corse grind, when setting a 4,5 or finer, the grinder does not work. We have tried clearing the entire duct , followed online instructions etc

Coffee machine - Steam wand not working on delonghi magnifica S machine

The sage Coffee Machine Barista Pro does not have any water coming through. I think it is blocked.

My Sage Barista Express has stopped working. I can hear the motor running but no water flows through the group head, steam wand or hot water spout.

I have an old sage barista touch and steam system has an issue. when I try to use the steam wand it gives the steam inside of the machine. (stopped using the machine at all). I opened it but origin of the steam is not visible

Steamer wand or hot water does not work

We have a Sage barista pro which has stopped working. When we run the pump - for a coffee shot, steam wand or hot water nothing comes out but the pump still whirs. It could be an air block (we also haven’t descaled it in a while).

Coffee machine pump likely broken and needs service

I have a Delonghi La Specialista that has a continuous warning that there is no water in the water tank. I have made sure the magnet in the tank moves up when the tank is full of water. When I attempt to set up the coffee machine, I can press the hot water button but water only comes out of the milk frother/ steamer. Water does not come out of the boiling water spout. There does not appear to be any obvious blockage. I think the water level sensor may be broken.

I have a sage barista pro. No water is coming out of it - including group head, hot water and steam. The pump still sounds like it is working.
