I have two fridge-freezers with cooling faults and would like one engineer to look at both (same visit to save on call-out) 1. Grundig GKN16715X (frost-free, R600a) — Runs but isn't cooling at all. Both the fridge and freezer are sitting at room temperature (around 20–24°C), as warm inside as the kitchen. No cold air in either compartment. 2. LG GSI960PZVV InstaView Door-in-Door (frost-free, R600a) — Cools, but not enough. Freezer only gets down to about 6°C and the fridge to about 10°C, so it won't freeze food. It did freeze briefly when I switched on Express Freeze, but won't hold a freezing temperature otherwise. Looking for diagnosis on both and a quote to repair; likely sensor, fan, defrost, compressor or gas/refrigerant issues. Rating-label and unit photos attached for each.
