hi. I need to replace a fault worktop mounted induction hob with a new one. The appliance maker will do this under warranty but they wont get involved in loosening up freeing up the old broken one. This requires some mastic gluing it to the worktop, to be completely cleanly removed. Then they will come in an fix/replace. Should be only a 30 minutes job with the right tool !?!? Tenant has tried to do, but cannot complete job.
