Hello! We need help with a very quick touch up before a stair runner is installed in the house Wed. 26 Feb. Details: 1. Stairs border. The runner is being installed Wednesday 26 Feb and we need a line/border painted on either side of where each runner edge will be up and down the stairs. 2. Bedroom. A few spots that need to be touched up in the bedroom. Previously painted in full, just a few spots of wear and tear. Paint already secured and at the house, own tools needed.

We need to repair and repaint a ground floor studio flat with a high ceiling, there is a 'small room' section, a bathroom and then a larger area kitchen section. This will include a large window frame (this may need a bit of pre-work before painting and painting behind two radiators. There are some cracks to fill in, perhaps some resealing, improving the bathroom area.We need someone who pays alot of attention to detail, is clean and tidy, will leave the place better than they found it. Please show us examples of making an old place like new.
